Partner Agreement

1. Obligations of the Parties

Transnational Consulting Group KFT and the Partner agree to jointly develop and implement projects in accordance with the terms established in this agreement. The Partner is required to comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR and AML directives.

2. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake not to disclose confidential information received during the partnership to third parties without written consent from the other party.

3. Liability and Termination

The agreement may be terminated unilaterally in the event of a breach of its terms by either party. In the event of a violation of the terms by one party, the violating party must compensate for any damages caused.
